how to add company contacts
Prerequisites – You must have access to edit the company phonebook
1. login to web client or open the desktop or mobile app
2. in the desktop app or web client, click on the 3 dots under in the left side nav bar
3. in the mobile app, tap the contacts tab at the bottom of the screen
4. in the desktop app or web client, click on the plus sign in upper left-hand corner
5. in the mobile app, tap on the “Add” button in the upper right-hand side of the screen
6. in the desktop app or web client, fill in contact info and make sure “Add to company phonebook” is selected
7. in the mobile app, fill in contact info, scroll down and ensure that “Add to company phonebook” is enabled
8. in the desktop app or web client, click the save icon in the upper right-hand corner
9. in the mobile app, tap the “Done” button in the upper right-hand corner
