During the Covid-19 pandemic we needed to switch from a traditional Avaya phone system to a VOIP system, to allow for flexibility with our office working remotely. nSpeak came highly recommended! We consulted with a few different companies and decided on nSpeak. The price was competitive, and the system already included everything needed to allow for remote work (i.e., audio conferencing, video conferencing, mobile application, web application, remote usage, etc.). While the switch over was incredibly fast (less than a week) and virtually seamless, we had some issues incorporating the phone system with our Cloud based computer system. Our implementation technician went way above and beyond what was expected, consulting with us to get everything working perfectly. His engineering background allowed him to not only understand our computer system, but also identify certain issues and recommend changes to our IT company. In addition, he spent hours working with our employees to provide training and tweak the system to make the transition that much more comfortable. He was extremely responsive, hands-on and truly a pleasure to work with! This was exactly the solution we needed to enhance working remotely.

Switching our whole office to working remotely, has been challenging to say the least. But being able to use the 3CX app via our cell phones has made voice communication possible and one thing we didn’t have to worry about. We’ve loved using the messaging feature to quickly and efficiently stay connected to our staff.
The service has been steady and clear throughout this time; a silver lining in a very challenging environment!
